If used too often, these products can lead to tooth sensitivity. To prevent further discomfort either discontinue or minimize the use of your teeth whitening products.
Improve Your Dental Routine
It is recommended by dentists to brush and floss your teeth at least twice a day to remove the plaque build up that develops after you eat. Unfortunately, many people do not take the time to effectively remove all of the food debris and plaque, which can cause teeth erosion if not addressed.
